COLLEEN ALICIA CONSULTING
SMALL BUSINESS CONSULTING PORTLAND, OR
A growth engine for your business that doesn't rely on your nights and weekends.
I build and run the marketing, sales, and operations infrastructure that founders know they need, but never have the time to do. You stay focused on what only you can do. I handle the engine that gets people to your door.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
HOW I WORK
Questions > Frameworks
I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel (I honestly am terrible on wheels) or shove your working model into a specific framework (although who doesn't love a good shove - when warranted), I just want to fix what's broken or build what's missing. Whether that's a big thing or a small thing, I'll give you an honest assessment and we'll get you set up so you can run it without me moving forward.
Figure out what matters
Fast prioritization across marketing, sales, content, and ops.
Build or fix the system
Inside how you operate so you don't have to worry about a whole new methodology.
Make it happen
Execution on copy, sequences, vendors, project management.
Leave you with something that runs
Set up so you can carry it forward without being reliant on anyone else.
ABOUT COLLEEN
I spent over a decade in market research, doing deep-dives on how every function of a business operates, working with small boutiques up through enterprise.
I'm excited by the challenges businesses face and love putting together the puzzle pieces of necessary infrastructure to create something that goes beyond just functioning, but actually grows. Like at the end of Wall-E (spoiler alert!!) when the captain says, "I don't want to survive, I want to live!"
Other things you don't necessarily need to know but might convince you I'd be an interesting person to work with:
-
I spend my free time trying to be an influencer on Instagram by doing voiceovers to videos of me jumping rope.
-
I love transformational reality shows like Hoarders and The Biggest Loser (back in the day!) but feel conflicted by the one-dimensional portrayal of the featured participants.
-
I thought hard about pursuing a career as an art therapist but gave it up when I found out that sometimes in therapy people yell (I don't like yelling).

GROWTH ENGINE AUDIT
Not sure if you need help?
11 questions about your foundation, marketing, sales, and operations.
Remember those quizzes we used to email around to each other that were like "100 things you have to know about me right now"? This is like that, but less fun (sorry, those were just really fun).
But more useful. You'll learn where your gaps are, and what to do about them.
